These general business conditions are binding for foreign customers of Sport Ex

Customer orders are binding only if Sport Ex has confirmed them in writing.



The  prices are net including VAT and exlude shipping and packing costs, unless otherwise arranged ,but customers will see total amount incloding shipping cost before final checkout the order.

Delivery time:

The delivery time is specified in the confirmation of order/contract. The delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God (epidemic, earthquake, etc), war, as well as delivery delays from our material suppliers.



The method of dispatch may be selected by the customer. Without any shipping instructions from the customer, we reserve us the right to arrange the dispatch by any forwarder/courier of our choice. Any complaints regarding damage, delays or loss must be forwarded to Sport EX in written form within 48h from the receipt of the goods. 


Return of goods: 

Item must be returned within:  14 Days of receipt  the goods

Refunds and Returns:

When you order your goods, you are entitled to view your products for up to seven days within your own premises. If within this period you decide not to purchase the products, you are entitled to return them to Sport Ex  unopened and in their original saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage. If you return goods to Sport EX, please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item.

Faulty Goods:

Should any of your goods arrive damaged, please e-mail Sport ex  within three days of receipt and return any faulty goods to us within five days of receiving your order. Please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement item or a full refund. Sport EX will, on receipt of the faulty goods exchange or refund the cost including return postage incurred. PLEASE NOTE: Sport Ex suggest you obtain a certificate of postage, which is free via the post office when returning goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.



Customer order can only be accepted against advance payment by CardPay or Paypal . Slovakian  customers can pay on post against delivery of the package .


Reservation of ownership:

The delivered goods remain the property of Sport Ex spol. sr.o  until the invoice total is fully paid.



Cancellations of orders must be made in writing and have to be confirmed by Sport ex .Any additional administrative costs, must be paid by the customer.



Despite careful testing of our equipment, component or functional failures may occur. Prroducer of the goods grants you a warranty for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.

No liability is taken for any other claims which may arise due to consequential damage arising from the use of this product. Damage resulting from non-authorized modifications to this software by third parties is hereby disclaimed.

Shipping costs for equipment returned to Sport Ex spo.s.r.o will be paid by the customer. In case of repairs within the warranty period, Sport Ex  will carry the costs of return shipping to the customer.
